Celebrate the Philippine Independence Day, Promote the Medical Cooperation

On the evening of June 12, 2017, Mr. He Langbing, the Director of International Business Affairs Department of St. Stamford Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou, participated in the celebration of the 19th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence and 20th Anniversary of the Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou at the invitation of Mrs. Tang (the Consul General of Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Guangzhou). During the celebration, Mr. He Langbing had a deep discussion with Mrs. Tang on the medical cooperation between China and the Philippines, hoping to strengthen the medical communication and cooperation, as well as to improve the medical technology.

Mrs Tang is making a speech

The ceremony officially started after the national anthem of Republic of the Philippines and the People’s Republic of China. Mrs Tang, the Consul General of Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Guangzhou, first made a speech:” The history of friendship between China and the Philippines goes back to the ancient times. After implementing the policy of “One Belt and One Road”, China has become Philippine biggest business partner in the first quarter in 2017.” In later discussion, Mrs Tang pointed out that the medical cooperation between the two countries should be improved to offer better medical services to the Filipino while the economic cooperation is developing successfully.
