A study of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou showed that the human immune system can naturally withstand the invasion of certain pathogens, and the harmony of the immune system is the main reason for the spontaneous regression of cancer. The study found that about 10% of cancer patients, who have not accepted any treatment or just accepted a small number of treatments, are self-healed, and after regression, cancer seldom recurs. Why improving immunity can fight cancer?
The human immunity mainly relies on white blood cells. White blood cells are divided into many kinds in which T cells, B cells, and K cells have the function of killing cancer cells. Metabolism of normal human body cells is carried out around the clock, and every day it can form 100 trillion new cells, which may also have two or three abnormal cells. Through this way, the cancer cells will lose the balance of penetration.

There are still a few basic practices to improve immunity
1.Improve the quality of sleep. Sleep is closely related to the body's immune system. 2.Maintain optimistic. Optimistic attitude can maintain an optimal state of the human body, especially in today's society, people are facing a lot of pressure, and enormous psychological pressure will lead to hormone ingredients increase, which would inhibit the body's immune system and make people so vulnerable to colds or other diseases.
3.Limit alcohol consumption. The daily low-grade liquor drink should not exceed 100 ml, rice wine not more than 250 ml, beer not exceed 1 bottle, as alcohol will have a negative impact to any part of body.
