Director Dai graduated from clinical medicine school of Sun Yat-sen University.

In 2010, she became the committee young member of Minimally Invasive Treatment Committee of Chinese Anticancer Association.

She has taken part in many academic conferences about tumor, such as CSCO (Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology) meeting, the annual meeting of chemotherapy etc.
