Promote Communication and Cooperation in Medical Field between Russia and China

June 12 is Russian National Day. On June 10th Reception Dinner of Russian National Day, organized by Consulate General of Russian Federation in Guangzhou, was held at Soluxe Hotel Guangzhou. Mr. Medvedev Mikhail, Consul-general of Consulate General of Russian Federation in Guangzhou, and consuls of other countries, Alyosha (Russian), the elder grandson of former Chairman of Republic of China Liu Shaoqi, Xu Shaohua, a member of the standing committee and Executive Vice Governor in Guangdong Province, and other government leaders and delegates in many fields attended the reception dinner. There were about 200 distinguished guests at the spot. Wang Huaizhong, President of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou and Delegate of Health Industry Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province also participated in this grand meeting.

Since Guangdong Province and Saint Peterburg have built up a good friendship, the cooperation between Guangdong Province and Russia in sport, culture, business and other fields has deepened and moved towards to a grand prospect. On behalf of the Health Industry Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province and the private medical institutions in Guangdong Province, Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou joined the reception party, which means to the further cooperation and development between Guangzhou and Russia in the health and traveling industry.

*Surgery, in addition to the appropriate chemotherapy and radiotherapy, are effective in treating early cancer, but certain patients in late stage of cancer may not be tolerate surgery well as they can be relatively weak.
