Wonderful program: our nurses always look young and beautiful

The activity was opened with the song and dance "Happy Departure". Then nurses from every ward and department went on stage to show their talents and charms, giving us a wonderful audio-visual experience.

We usually see the nurses, always wearing formal uniforms, serious, rigorous, well organized, a little nagging at a young age, a few times a day to urge you to take your medication on time. But don't forget, they are also energetic young girls, they also love to sing and dance, love beauty, they also have their talent and charm.

Speech by hospital leaders with high expectations

During the activity, President Wang Huaizhong delivered a speech on behalf of the hospital: he sent holiday blessings to the nursing team, affirmed the dedication and contribution of the nursing team in their work, and expected that the nursing team could keep up the good work, inherited the spirit of Florence Nightingale, and brought more high-quality internationalized services to our patients.

At the same time, President Wang presented the song "Folk Songs Like Spring River Water" to our nurses, which brought the activity to a climax.

Then, President Wang recognized the nurses with outstanding performance in 2024.

President Wang presented the Excellence Award for 2024 Tianhe District Healthcare Organization Nursing Quality PDCA Case Competition to Yanhuan Liu from the Intensive Care Unit; and the Outstanding Nurse Award from Tianhe District to Jianfang Lin.

The most touching part of the event was the performances and sincere wishes brought by international patients from different countries as well as their families.

During a live performance, Indonesian patient Ali*di and his wife sang "The Moon Represents My Heart," expressing their love for each other and gratitude towards medical staff.

Family members of Malaysian patients sang "Empty World" to thank the nurses for taking care of their families.

Ye*ha, a patient in Ward 3A, read aloud her gratitude to the nursing staff, saying fondly, "Your services, your smiles, bring me incomparable warmth, because of your presence my life is once again full of sunshine."

At the end of the program, the family members of Malaysian patients brought a song "Listen to Me Say Thank You" to thank our "Angels in White" and send the most sincere holiday wishes to the nurses.

International Nurses' Day aims to inspire nurses to inherit and carry forward the glorious tradition of nursing and inherit the nursing spirit of Florence Nightingale. The nursing team of Modern Hospital Guangzhou treats every patient with "love, patience, care and responsibility", does a good job in nursing, improves themselves in day-to-day work, and contributes to the protection of patients' lives, alleviation of patients' pain, and patients' life and health.
